Sarcasm is the norm
When I pointed out I was sent incorrect product syringes I was rep**** to with sarcasm. This happened on two occasions and earlier when asking politely after a lengthy delay where my products were. So its a pattern with them.

Took my money, but where are the goods? Not responding to queries.
Buyer beware!!! Ordered on 17 September. Hoping it would speed things up I added a "tip" using their checkout process, and paid for "expedited delivery, jump the queue". Total R1,244.80 - not a small order. To date nothing received. WORSE: no responses to emails, no responses to WhatsApp messages. My mother would call taking money and not delivering the goods "*****ing", but I'm too scared of being sued for libel, so I'll not use those words, I'll just call it really, really bad business ethics. Stay away. Learn from the mistakes of others. They won't respond to you reaching out. If they could just take the 45 seconds needed to reply to an email...

I have tried contacting the vendor via whatsapp email and phone call all i get is a answering machine or automated response from email. I have reported them to their service providers and will be opening a reporting them to the necessary authorities..

A Damn Shame
Completed and paid for my order on the 21st of September. To this day I've received zero feedback. Doesn't help messaging them as they don't respond anyways. They've always had amazing service, not too sure what's going on now.

I would rather walk through broken glass then order here
Worst goods supplier I have EVER come across my goodness. The shipping costs you an arm and a leg, you tip them to get better service but nothing. I wholeheartedly wish people will just boycott places like this. They dont respond for days on end, when they do its a subpar response from someone who most likely just clowns around all the day, because thats what this place is. A CIRCUS. Shocking and appalling service, response and not to mention their goods are of so low quality when you eventually get it. Cant believe i was foolish enough to buy here. I would much rather walk through broken glass barefoot then have to just go to their website. Very very bad. Wish they would change their act

When a business stops caring
In the past I would have recommended them. The only complaint I had was the local shipping cost being unreasonably high. Now I can't in his conscience recommend this business. My order is still on hold, it's been 3 weeks. I've contacted them and they've assured me twice it will be sent shortly. The one time they even said it will be sent by the end of the day. That was a lie. Now I'm trying to contact them via WhatsApp, email and phone call. They do not reply, they do not care. Off chance they reply they come with promises of adding something a little extra to make up for the delay. I don't want bribes I want my product I paid you for. The other reviews here are sufficient proof that this company does not care about the customer, only their fragile ego that they were "the first" to try this business model. That may be true but they are not the only business rendering these services. SporeSpot is in decline and it's because of a very ****ty attitude and work attitude from the company. I'll never support you guys again. For people who claim to be so proud of their business, the evidence thereof is lackluster to say the least.

Stalled and contaminated
Orded 7 grow kits between two people. All of them stalled for months or ended up contaminated. Substrate may have been oversaturated. Not sure if one full syringe should be used per PF Tek kit. None colonized. All thrown away. Shipping was okay.

Stalled and contaminated
