Don't Spot this Sniper

Contacted Spot Sniper Locksmiths on a Saturday morning when one of our guests was trapped inside the room due to a fault with the sliding door lock. To their credit they arrived within half an hour to "free" the guests. Thereafter, they had to purchase a new lock ( which didn't appear to be the correct one ), which took them a few hours, arriving back late afternoon. The locksmith then proceeded to fit the lock but had to adjust the plate on the door frame. This adjustment would have done a butcher proud - hammering a larger hole in the plate and damaging the door frame. On contacting them about this issue they promised to rectify the matter, which of course, despite promises, they have not! It's now been over a month.... and now I'm contacting the manufacturers for them to attend to the matter.
