Dear Truth T, thank you for you response. We always appreciate the feedback; however, we are unable to address your concerns as we cannot pick you up on our system to address your matter directly.
We can address the following :
1. The fee that you pay is not an admin fee but a subscription to our services payment. 2. As per all our documentation that would have been signed by yourself states, neither an employee of Spot A Loan or the Company can guarantee you a loan. 3. We do a pre-approval when we start working with you and on that we accepted your application. 4. It also states on all our documents that the final decision is with our approved credit providers and their terms and conditions apply. 5. On a total decline, as per the services to be rendered, we send yo a detailed consumer report and an action plan. 6. We have seen clients being declined due to the following reasons: - High number of unsecured accounts - Affordability - Arrears on existing accounts - Arrears on new accounts opened - No good payment history
