- The individual providing the feedback is not a client of ours, and
- The feedback is based solely on opinion without factual evidence.
We invite the client in question to contact us directly so we can review the matter with them.
At this stage, the complaint appears to be unfounded and lacking supporting details. We require more information in order to provide a factual explanation, particularly regarding why and if the application was declined.
Ultimately, the outcome of any application depends on the client’s financial conduct, including their credit history, repayment of existing debts, management of their bank account, and whether their debt exceeds their income.
