My first experience with Jan and his team was when I was referred to them for them to correct a bad bumper replacement job for my ancient Toyota Corolla that was rear ended. Not only did they do an excellent job, but this included sourcing an original used bumper as Jan was not happy with the generic products’ fit-having got and tried two of them on the car. He really cared about my 20 year old car and understood my sentimental attachment to it. I consulted Jan again this week for some scratches on my Ford Ranger-and once more such a pleasure to do business with such a thorough and ethical person

From the moment I walked into reception I felt valued. My paperwork was on her desk and she called an assessor immediately. Everybody was friendly and professional. On the day I booked my car in it was exactly the same. I always felt special and not just another number. Never had I filled in lengthy forms - everything was already completed or completed on my behalf. On the day of check-in my car was inspected, forms filled in and before I knew it everything was done. The work was completed faster than promised and on the day of pick-up I walked in without introducing myself and I was greeted on my surname. WOW!!! Only 2 things I could fault (to some degree). I did not receive a reminder for my check-in and when I picked up my car the fog used for sanitation caused some marks which I could have taken off myself but that was done for me causing a bit of a delay. My car looked brand new!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my vehicle in for a quote after reversing out of my garage when the passenger door opened. The door was crunched and the interior and exterior damaged. The quote was reasonable. After getting authorization from insurance we were told parts will take 8 weeks. I called 2 weeks later to find out if they had found second hand parts and they said they had found a door in Joburg (but had not bothered calling me to bring the vehicle in). The vehicle was meant to take 4 days. I called on the fourth day to find out how far the repairs were and was told it was finished and I can come and collect it. I left work early to go fetch it, but when I got there the car had no glass and no interior panels. The smash and grab had been removed and it was a quarter tank less on petrol than it was when I brought it in. I asked the manager why they told me it was done when it wasn't and they said it was because they were waiting on glass. They had not even bothered to order the glass yet. The next morning I phoned in to find out how long the glass was going to take and they told me 3 weeks. How can they have not checked the stock before hand? I had to call around myself and source the glass for them. After finding glass for the vehicle they told me that there was no vehicle available to go fetch it but I can fetch it and bring it in for them. HOW CAN I FETCH IT IF THEY HAVE MY VEHICLE?? Once they got the glass it took two days for them to put it in and I went to collect the vehicle. The mileage was much higher than when I brought it in (+/- 50km), the vehicle no longer locked, the battery was messed up and had been removed, the door was misaligned and the interior panel had never been fixed. When I brought this up with the man giving us the vehicle he said he didn't do it so he cannot help. Called back the next morning and was told to bring the vehicle in to fix the interior panel. They said they would replace the fabric. I asked that if they do this, they should make it match the drivers door panel or it will look silly. Got the vehicle back two days later. The drivers door panel was now broken, the vehicle alarm had stopped working AND THE MATERIAL USED TO REPLACE IT WAS TWO DIFFERENT COLOURS. I cannot fathom how such basic workmanship could not be done right. After telling them that my vehicle was in worse condition than when it came in they asked if they could fix it, but I said no. I cannot risk even more damage to the vehicle.

I must compliment the entire Spraycraft Bellville team on the excellent & professional service I received a week ago. I was really impressed from the first call I received to book in my vehicle to the daily updates and photo's and finally collecting it on completion, WOW. It is great to know there is a team out there delivering this great service , this might sound strange but my Discovery 4 looks as good as the day I purchased it many years ago. I will definitely recommend using Spraycraft Bellville to everyone, your team is leading the way for others to follow. Keep up the great work & service. Proudly posted by Lynton Lewis

Pathetic repair work done and received my car back with NEW damage which they tried to cover up, but did a terrible job. When I took my car back so that they can fix what they messed up, they gave me a courtesy car that is so dirty that I can't even touch the steering wheel and an empty tank. I will not recommend them to anyone. They don't even deserve one star.
