The Company try to forward me invoices after I paid the agreement amount and his invoice

The Company try to forward me invoices after I paid the agreement amount and his invoice. He comes now out of frustration to send invoice we never agreed or even send me a quote. Further the owner must sent email to an new customer to provide them either private information about me. All lies. Proof came from these customer which informed me about this. This is against the law. This company never must get a new customer or new work.
