I bought 2 pairs of shoes, 1 was the incorrect size had to send it back. He has not sent me the correct size. Its been 3 weeks. The customer service is horrible. I feel like they scamming people out of their money. If you try call they never answer. Does not seem like a legit business. Do not buy here.

I bought sneakers and they are a size too small I logged a return and need for the address of where they’ll deliver the correct size changed because I won’t be in the city. I don’t want a refund I just want to change the address. I spoke to Cassandra Mbonose who was extremely rude. The service is totally disgusting and disappointing.

I am extremely unhappy with this website. They ran a sale, from which I made a purchase (eyelet curtains). The incorrect item was shipped, and the sale item is now "sold out". I find it very strange that the item is SOLD OUT, yet I had purchased it. Should the amount of items reflected on the site not match stock in the warehouse? This baffles me. I believe that they are being extremely deceptive, and having run out of stock as an error on THEIR SIDE, just decided to send me something "close enough" (tape curtains). I purchased something very specific and thereafter went out and bought everything I would need to put up these eyelet curtains which is not cheap! I am not sure if I'm overreacting, or if this is just extremely unfair! The customer service I received said that they are unfortunately out of stock (again, how?!) and would not be able to replace the items, so I would need to log a refund. I would then need to re-purchase the items when they were in stock again. In this case, I should be refunded the FULL amount for the curtains, not the sale price (a practice that I so appreciate from Zando) so that I can buy them when they become available again, as I have already changed rooms in my house for these curtains!! I am a magistrate, and if a case like this were to land in a small claims court, this company would be forced to not only refund me the full amount for the curtains, but the cost associated with everything else I have changed and bought in my house.

Struggling to get my money back after Spree has been debiting my account from August. I have called and sent countless messages but am not getting concrete confirmation as to when i will get the money back. This is fraud and no one seems to care and i was told that the finance team will look into it and that they are overloaded with queries which is not my problem. Its unbelievable how a customer can be treated like this.

After 5 months, I still haven’t received my refund from Spree/Superbalist. My refund was processed on 11 June. I have called and called and called. And physically gave them my bank details. They have put me through to their finance team with each phone call, but still no refund. Every time I call in, I get told that my refund is now being processed and will be in my account within 48hours. I wait and still nothing. I would never recommend Spree/Superbalist to anyone! Very disappointed ?

Order number: ********** 02 IUnpaid r have been waiting for my refund for over 2 months . I have phoned Spree now Superbalist countless times. They keep on telling me that the refund was approved and will reflect in my account after a number of days till today I have not received my refund.

So when you struggle with a company named Spree they all of a sudden change to Superbalist....so what about unresolved problems?? Or do they disappear with Spree? No feedback on emails no cashback and no item! This is so ridiculous.
