Terrible treatment at VVIP, got there early (11h30) to get a good seat. All/majority of seats were fully booked/reserved. We were rudely shuffled around as if we didn't belong there. We paid full price for our VVIP tickets only to be treated like garbage by *********** staff. Huge thumbs down for customer care/service. ๐๐ฝ๐ฎ Another thumbs down for the VVIP section entirely. ๐๐ฝ๐ฎ

<p>I am really not happy with this Nuticket system, fine I received my ticket notification but now I have been trying to download the tickets since 13:30 it been telling me to "Wait... Generating tickets" and who's data is being chowed MINE!!! I paid R725 for a ticket after been charged booking fees and now I must still use my own data to download a ticket for over 2hours and still Waiting for it to generate ne man this is BullDust... Please do something about this</p>

i made an eft to purchase a ticket for the spring fiesta on the 02 September 2015 as it was convenient for me as i did not have time to go queue for tickets. Then i tried calling the number appearing on their pages (Facebook and Twitter) and the number was not working then i started getting worried as i had already made a payment. then i got a comment on facebook from them saying that i will get my ticket as soon as the payment reflects to them, which is going to take 24 - 48 hours, then i was at ease. On Monday as i was checking my emails i still did not get any response from them and that really got me worried because i used my last money to purchase that ticket. then i started sending them messages asking them to please check the progress regarding my ticket as 48 hours was way past and this time there was no response at all. I have been sending them messages on their pages since 02 September till date and there is still no response. i am really worried and this is really getting out of hand. their service is just poor and the person responsible for their pages is just unprofessional. i demand a vvip ticket as they wasted my time and money. please kindly help me out.
