Loan finance upfront legal fee ****

I found square finance online and app**** for a R1,000,000 loan finance and received an approval letter and an acceptance form via email and I put my fnb banking account information. However Square finance want an upfront legal fee payment of R3,280. Now they generated a one day only payment reference and I forwarded the email to my dad to pay however my dad looks up finance companies on google first and found 27 negative reviews of square finance on hello peter and so now he won't pay the upfront legal fee because he thinks its a **** or ***** but then why is the website on the google search results offering loan finance? Now I don't get my loan finance and have to keep looking online for loan finance. Surely theres some entity or contact person I can contact to resolve this?
