Don't waste your Time or Money
********** service. Almost lost my domains because of their complete lack of communication and professionalism. Avoid signing up with these clowns.

AFTER 5 MONTHS OF "SUPPORT" CLIENT STILL CAN'T ACCESS WEBSITE - IT'S RIDICULOUS
Absolutely speechless - out of this world SHOCKINGLY poor Client Service. It's nou 5 months we've been trying to access our account! Since we're getting NOWHERE with support to actually gain access to our account, we have now started to request the transfer of ownership back to myself as original website creator. Squarespace Support send you in circles and circles and every time it is a new bright spark "jumping on the issue", just to advise us to 1. "submit documents to verify" (DID THIS) 2. "use AppleID" (doesn't work and we've explained this more times than I can count) 3. "follow this link from client's e-mail" (LINK DOES NOT ALLOW CLIENT TO HIT SEND AFTER ALLLLLLL THE TROUBLE AND HUNDRED QUESTIONS TO SUBMIT THE FORM) 4. "submit documents again" (refer to the ticket we keep on giving you!!!!! it has the documents!) 5. client must contact us directly from their email (client did this - and then they refer us to one of the above, or all options) This was the start of it, we are now jumping across all these instructions as if it's a competition - how many hoops should we jump through before someone at Squarespace does their JOB and HELP A CLIENT OUT HERE!!!! Again, and again, and another evil circle. We have done what all your agents asked, but not a single inch forward in the right direction... Isn't it Ironic, one of the most well known website builders - their own website doesn't work! And Support - some of your agents are friendly, thanks!! But just as USELESS as everybody else.

Squarespace web builder, charlatans and a waste of money
What an absolute shocker of a company! having spent many hours developing our webpage. Many many hours lost exploring and reams of support pages to get the site up and running, we now discover that Squarespace doesn't bother hosting .co.za domains. I have explored their pages of T's&C's without finding a single hint of the same. We paid the upgrade fee in order to commercialise our site only to discover this little disgusting "small-print." All over their site, they brag about their 24/7 support. This of course is the biggest joke yet! If your "problem" doesn't match their list of potential reasons to contact support...well good flipping luck in getting even an ounce of support from Squarespace. Emailing them is an equal waste of time. Sent 10 emails over the past 5 days without even an acknowledgement of my emails to them. Do not! I Repeat, DO NOT waste your time or your energy on Squarespace. They are abysmal and their so-called 24/7 support is non-existant.
