Bad service and disrespect for customers

The owner and operator is very unprofessional. He was called and agreed to do the septic tank cleaning on 29/12/2021 just after 14h00. @15h10, he sends whatsapp saying can he come at 5. We agreed because we needed the service; but no show. He calls at 20h41 asking if his service is still needed can he come in the morning; citing heavy rains in Zinkwazi where he was working at. We agreed to his proposed time of 8h00 and checked if he could make earlier; to which he said.

He only arrived after 9h30, no apology. When I ask him where is the truck to pump and clean the septic tank; he said he came to measure first before bringing the truck. I then says he seem to talk like a tsotsi where he says one thing and does another. He became furiously angry and said he was leaving he does not leave to pump septic tanks.

His business ettiquette is non-existent, let alone a respect for customer and service. Very bad, if guys around Stanger needs similar service then ensure you look elsewhere. He is also the same owner of a similar company for the same services.
