Poor service at New Somerset Hospital

The worst experience of my life!!! My husband have a bloud clot in his leg. Dr gave him a letter for New Somerset Hospital. We have been sitting here. He is the only person waiting in the waiting room. NOBODY I MEAN NOBODY came out of that emergency room to help him. I have been running around to look for anyone to assist us!!! DA you are in charge of Western Cape do something to improve the service please!!! This is people... human beings treated like there lives do not matter!!
