House geyser contract

To who it my concern

According to my contract all the geyser should be working and is not. The previous owner of the house said all the geyser are in a working oder and is not. She does not want to repair the geysers as the contract states that as is but it also states as mentioned above. The real-estate agency SSE in Sasolburg Free state also does not want to help me as the say it is between my and the previous owner. I feel this is unacceptable as myself and my wife have been with out hot water for 2 week now and they don't want to help as. Can you please help us
