Constant delays and excuses - No service

What looked like a good price for our fence turned into a nightmare of non-existent service and constant excuses. <br> The order was confirmed and deposit paid two weeks ago. Since then here have been promises of starting the job every single day thereafter, even over the weekend.<br> A barrage of excuses from the weather, stock, staff problems, other commitments, to promises of starting tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, ...<br> Call in the morning and he says hes on his way, only to have the phone turned off and no further contact that day, Another call the next day and more promises.<br> <br> I'm at the point where it now looks like a fraud case and I will be opening a police case if work is not started, or my deposit paid back in 24 hours.<br> <br> This is the most unreliable bunch I have ever come across.<br> Pathetic service! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
