Terrible service and a disappointment
I am appalled by the service we've been getting at Stadio Centurion. My mom requested for refund in February, as my niece was no longer going there, and filled out a document requesting for the refund. When she got to the campus she was sent pillar from post because the lady who was suppose to help was on leave. When she sent her an email she received no reply not even a phone. Only in April when she went again she was made to fill out the same form that was filled out in February. Today when she called she was advised by Lorna that she'll be getting less than half of the money she paid. When she asked to speak to the manager the call was cut and transfer was not actioned. I'm going to the ombudsman because this is not on. I'm disappointed and frustrated because of this. My mom to spend her money and time traveling back and forth.

NO STUDENT SUPPORT
My Son goes to Stadio. Firstly, after registration we noticed on the online-classes day that there were no courses on his canvass. We called Stadio and that was fixed. Last week again when he tried attending online he noticed that he only has 2 courses on his canvass. He sent an email to student support, I called student support and was kept on hold for over 10 minutes each time we called. I chose the student recruitment option and the call was immediately picked up. I asked, is STADIO only efficient in recruiting and then no student support. I sent an email to Finance and the lady said I'm shouting. This morning my son still had his canvass with 2 courses. Is STADIO only good with advertising and student recruitment? Can the students also be supported!!!???

Stadio not worth it
Worst experience yet. No student support. Numerous emails sent and just get ignored. Been more than a week and my son who is CL does not have a class schedule. Seems like left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Nobody seems to be capable of assisting him. Nobody there who wants to think outside of the box. Not worth it. With all the marketing they are doing at beginning of the year they need to expect much better. Marketing team the only ones doing their jobs right
