Studying at STADIO Higher Education Waterfall Campus has been a journey filled with growth, resilience, creativity, and unforgettable experiences. The campus itself has so much potential and offers students opportunities to pursue their dreams in different fields. However, there are still areas that require improvement, particularly when it comes to professionalism, communication, and consistency from some lecturers and administrative processes. As students, we deserve to feel respected, heard, and supported, and institutions should strive to handle matters on time while maintaining professionalism and accountability. A stronger student-centered approach would greatly improve the overall experience at the campus. That being said, one of the greatest highlights of my journey at STADIO has undoubtedly been Artful Hustle, led by the incredible Mrs Vicchi. Artful Hustle is more than just an event or student initiative it is a platform where students are encouraged to step into their gifts, showcase their talents, and truly express themselves creatively. It became a safe space where talent is celebrated and confidence is built. Personally, Artful Hustle changed me in ways I cannot fully explain. It gave me the opportunity to shine as a conductor on campus and allowed me to embrace my leadership, passion, and artistry in front of others. Through that experience, I discovered a stronger version of myself one that could lead, inspire, and create impact through music and performance. Those moments on stage were some of the most fulfilling moments of my university experience. Mrs Vicchi deserves special recognition for the role she plays in students’ lives. Her dedication, passion, encouragement, and ability to see potential in students is something truly rare. She creates opportunities for students to believe in themselves and pushes creativity to the forefront of campus culture. For many of us, Artful Hustle became the heart of the campus experience because of her vision and commitment. While there is still room for improvement within the institution itself, initiatives like Artful Hustle remind students that they are capable, talented, and worthy of being seen. I will always appreciate the impact it had on my personal and artistic growth.
