Excellent after sales service
I have received excellent service from the word go. Unfortunately, the supp**** part was faulty. One e-mail was all it took, no arguments, they sent a replacement immediately. That is the kind of after sales service that we expect, but very few companies deliver. So, a big thank you and well done to Angela and her team at Stafix Pinetown Herbert Bentele from The Wood House BnB

Buy Faulty old Battery to be charged by Stafix (Campion 12v 9AH)
Stafix Bloemfontein not prepared to exchange a faulty battery. They insist that the fault is on the charging unit of the Centurion D5 gate motor. I have explained that I have tested the charging unit by placing a load over the unit and the unit function perfectly. In stead of replacing the battery they indicated to charge the battery and I must return in one hour. I have expected Beter service as the battery is still new and under warrant. Don’t buy from them no backup service and commitment to make customers happy.

No back up after training,you all by yourselves !!!
I attended a CCTV installation workshop,a one and half day course, total cost including accommodation was R10000,1st time installation kit another R10000,back up as promised -NONE!!!, guys beware,after training you all by yourselves!!!!

Please run away from Stafix Training Centres,
On 17.3.2023 I attended a CCTV installation course in Gauteng,on 18 April 2023 I bought 2 IP cameras at Stafix Pinetown worth R10000, first installation no backup as promised for the last 2 months,

Thieves, Opportunist or just plain incompetent???
We recently bought stock from Stafix Upington. Swiped for the R11k, and there were an error on the card machine. The transaction showed that it went through on our bank account, but on their card machine it showed it did not. So we swiped again, and the R11k went through once more. The sales person assured me that the transaction will reverse within 24hrs. Two days later we went back with bank statements in hand, showing that both amounts are still deducted. They told us now that it can take up to 7 days for the reversal. I phoned my bank manager who stated, that both transactions went through, none is in a reverse pending, and the money should be in Stafix's bank account. I relayed this to them, and now they tell me that 4 x branches' card transactions are banked together as a batch and they now have to do a recon on all 4 branches to see if the R11k is a variant........ Now this does not make any sense, for if you do a cash up, either on the day of the transaction or the day after, you will know immediately if there is a variance. especially to the amount of R11k. They just do not answer my request, doesn't give feedback as to when this supposed recon will be done, and when the money will be refunded. I am shocked!!!
