Please avoid doing business with this "company". They are beyond *********** and dishonest. Tony arrived on Thursday 8 February (after rescheduling three times) to repair my microwave. I have informed them in advance the error message is SE which if you google the error message it relates to the keypad. He was at my house with my domestic worker and replaced the motherboard. When I informed him on my return and after payment the machine is still not working and gives the same error message he then responded with yes, it;s the keypad. He then presented the unoriginal excuse of no stock of the specific part. He ignores all phone calls and messages to present a straight answer. It is now 28 February. 20 days after the fact and still nowhere closer to a solution. Please, they are unreliable, *********** and not trustworthy.
