Amazing Results
I have been using Tretinoin for the past 4 months, and unfortunately, it severely compromised my skin barrier. During this time, my hyper***mentation and acne worsened significantly, and my skin became extremely dehydrated. Less than a week ago, I began using the complete range of products formulated for hyper***mentation, and I am genuinely impressed with the results. The severe redness and inflammation have already subsided considerably, and I am noticing visible improvement in the ***mentation itself. To see this level of progress in under a week is remarkable. These products have managed to repair months of damage caused by prescription medication in a fraction of the time, and I am optimistic about the continued improvement with ongoing use.

No customer service
Extremely Disappointed with Service I ordered the Buy 2 Get 1 Free special and even paid extra for earlier delivery. Three days after placing my order, I was informed that delivery would take 10 business days — completely defeating the point of paying for faster shipping. Then, a day after being told my order was dispatched, I was suddenly told that the products I ordered were out of stock and I had to choose something else. I didn’t order on a whim — I needed those specific products. Instead, I was forced to settle for alternatives I didn’t want and ended up losing money in the process. The response from the company? Just one excuse after another. This whole experience felt like a waste of time and money. I won’t be ordering from Standard Beauty again.

Standard beauty has no customer obsession or ownership
Safe to say that standard beauty does not care about their customers or see fit in making it right. Instead they are adamant so that there can be no fault in their products however I specifically noticed a change in the same product ( champagne shower gel) it makes me think as a customer that I am wrong for not receiving the same product that was introduced to me. At least I know not to purchase from them for the mere fact that the CEO herself could not make the issue right for me. She chose to go with standard responses that there is no fault in her product.

Bad customer service, worse experience
I ordered and paid 25 November 2024, 3 weeks later I have still not received any shipment and 6 emails to the company went unanswered. Customer service is non- existent, they keep on posting excuses on their FB page, yet do nothing to fulfill the orders placed. Save yourself the money, effort and disappointment.

Love the potential of this brand!
Love the overall experience of shopping with this brand. The products are wonderful and so affordable! However, delivery time is quite extensive, especially when compared to other online stores that deliver within 3-4 days. It took 7 days for my order to be packed and handed over to the courier and then 2 days to get it from the courier. Then just one or two of their products have an odd smell to them. Other than that I love the brand and the overall quality of the products received.
