24 Feb 2022, 17:23Thank you for the expected review, Fabio Venturi. Herewith an extract of my email to you after you refused to pay a deposit for your stay with us as requested several times via email, telephonic follow-up to both you and your assistant:
Your View: It is very client unfriendly to hound a client to pay for this and that before they have even arrived.
Our View: it is standard business practice in the hotel-industry to require a deposit in order to secure a room. However, we fully agree it will be VERY unfriendly (even unacceptable) to hound payment for this and that, yes.
After i informed you we had to cancel your room due to non-payment, you called our manager and at length explained what a busy man you are with no time for small matters like paying deposits. The time you took to explain this was more than enough to do the simple required deposit-eft. Not to mention the time you took to threaten her with your mission to give us one-star reviews online.
However, on the positive side: clients of your company - The Terramanzi Group - will be delighted to know your business approach of "pay when it suits you, not when it is required". Wishing you all the best,
Elsabe
Best regards,
