Sharks - Stapelberg Properties
No service, communication or feedback as mandated property agent. Please do not make use of their service as their is none, and you will be losing income on your rental property, while they are taking their fees monthly. Sampie talks the talk but can't do the walk.

No response from Stapelberg properties
Received an mail for a 3 bedroom house to rent in Mayville for R9000 .contacted the relevant agent on various occasions regarding the property. Never even bothered to answer any messages and whats up. . Why then bother to send notifications

STAPELBERG PROPERTIES NOT INTERESTED TO HELP A CUSTOMER
Stapelberg property I had a very bad experience with this estate agents , i was interested in a rental in mountain view Pretoria, that they advertised. I called 4 days in a row numerous times i spoke with Jannie he is the rental agent to work through , he kept promising to call me for viewing ,never called , i had to keep calling , i called his company stapelberg property's they said they will speak to Jannie but nothing , i called them again the next day , same thing , they just not interested , not even just to try to make an viewing appointment nothing , ever time i called Jannie he said he is busy with 2 contracts , and that was the same answer he gave 4 days in a row ,I called Stapelberg property and spoke with the manager , she told me if i am not happy i should go to another estate agent for a rental , never experience such bad service in my life

STAPELBERG PROP WHERE DO YOU GET MY CELL PHONE NUMBER FROM DENNEYSVILLE
I stay in Denneysville and i have just received a sms from cherise@stapelbergprop to asked me if i want to sell my property what i need to know is where does a company that is base in Pretoria even know where Denneysville is and 2 nd Question is WHERE DID THEY GET MY CELL PHONE NUMBER FROM i sm not listed anywhere
