I have been waiting for my deposit that they have been processing for three days. I paid them with no issues and when the deal had to be finalised they gave me stories. Now the sales agent has been arranging my deposit to be paid for three days now. I arranged a new deal with a different dealer and they want the deposit but they are refusing to process my payment nor send a POP. I called, asked for email addresses nothing instead the sales person is ignoring my calls.

Star group buy it's a ****. i made payment of my purchase and the money went out of my account, but they deny receiving the money from their site. the so-called ambassadors are also unhelpful.

Hellopeter, trust you well My name is Simphiwe Zili married to Nonqaba Zili maiden surname Martin. I'm writing to you with the hope that you will be able to assist me, on 18 February 2022 my wife booked a service with Star Motors in King Williams town, she dropped the car in the morning in the afternoon she was called to come collect the car when she get there she was told that one of the tyres was damaged, she asked what happened to the tyre because she left the car there and there was no issue with the tyre, she was told a **** story by the branch manager Ivo Vankeirsbilck, he then told my wife she will have to pay for the new tyre and they will assist her in getting the tyre, she left the car with there on Saturday the guy phoned and told my wife to come to their shop to pay R3 940.00 that I feel it was a rip off, the gentleman refused to meet my wife half way and force her to pay the full amount, I phoned the guy to find out why we have to pay for the tyre that we did not damage, he started mumbling and we ended up fighting on the phone and he was very rude I told him the way he handled this was unprofessional and I don't thing he is fit to be a branch manager for such a big company, please kindly help me to get to the bottom of this as Mercedes Benz King Williams Town left my bank account with a huge hole that we did not budget for, we paid almost the same amount for the full service all in all we paid +-8 000.00

Very very bad service no communication and different feedback from different people in business. They are not honest. I took my car for engine rebuild on the first week of December last year and pay them R62312. 47 on February but still my car nothing happened it's been six months now and I'm the one who always go there or contact them to find out what's going on and they told me that they are waiting for pistons they did order a wrong one before. They can't give you even a right time it's like they don't no what's going on with their suppliers. I want them to give me my car and money because they fail to give me service. And my car it's getting damaged because of dust and rain. I was willing to put some documentation but there is no option.

Fraudulent company. I have purchased an Audi A3 last year with this dealer and now the car has engine issues and it appears to me this car was in an accident. I am trying to even claim to get the car engine fixed and they only going to pay R3500 out of all the things that need to be fixed - When I took this policy they sworn to me that the cover for any failures will help. I really don't want this car anymore. This are the sort of things that make us end up being crooks, I have been robbed of my hard earned money - Please anyone assist me to get legal action against this company. Thank you.

I bought a Hyundai Accent 2016 model at Star Motors in Brits. The salesman, Abdool Kadar, told me that it is a demo car. On my way home, the fender liner came loose and damaged the tyre. I phoned him and he advised that I took the car to the nearest dealer. I did so and the dealers found that the car was in a accident and that it was not a demo vehicle! As a result of this accident the warranty was cancelled. They also promised to pay back the registration and cost of the number plates. I am still waiting. I consulted a lawyer as well as the ombudsman but Star Motor did not reply. Please avoid this company!
