HORRIBLE RENTAL AGENCY

1 star rating is too high for this excuse of a rental agency. I am in the process of moving out of a property that I have been renting with them. Throughout the 2 years it has been nothing but attitude from Ryan's assistant (Susan) - she is absolutely unhelpful and has a terrible way of dealing with people. Don't bother trying to interact with Ryan post your lease agreement being signed. He is all smiles and promises when he wants your money and as soon as you sign, he disappears and does not respond to mails or phone calls. You are directed to Susan. Not only does Susan have absolutely no care for the tenant, she also does not have a functional understanding of the contract that you have signed with their company. Her practices are in contravention of your lease agreement which will translate in you needing to take the matter further for legal decisioning. And this is assuming you can even get a response from her! Start properties is an absolutely horrible rental agency and I would not recommend renting a property if they are the rental agents of the property you're looking at - NO MATTER HOW LOVELY IT IS! THEY WILL MAKE YOUR STAY and EXIT A LIVING NIGHTMARE!
