Stay away as a landlord

As a landlord I would highly advise against them. Difficult to get hold of. No outgoing inspections done. Only interested in placing tenants that are very low quality. They placed a F rated tenant in a unit of mine who burnt the place down 3 months later after they resigned. I had to seek legal council in order for them to hand over the background checks of the tenant which revealed he was a F and handed in **** bank statements, which were approved.

Their attitude is not helpful at all and they are not accountable to to following any basic procedures.

If you are a landlord I'd stay far away.
