I just bought a new car and got a tracking unit installed, the service was amazing, they were very quick, it’s amazing to have an app to track your car. You also get a panic button which is amazing for emergencies. I am very satisfied

<p>January 2014 I cancelled my tracking contract via Fax (which I have a copy of) & only this year (2017) did I discover that they were still deducting the monthly premiums from my account i.e. 36 months premiums. I phoned their office to enquire about tracking my vehicle & I was told that the contract had been cancelled. I then spoke to their Accounts Manager & their CEO who after a day, after activating the unit (which I could track on the internet) that my account was still active & I a calculation would be done as what the unit has cost StarTrac for that period of time & they would come back to me re a refund - I said I would be more than happy to accept a 60% settlement. They then came back to me & said that they are able to find the cancellation fax & therefore they are prepared to offer a new unit (to put where I don't know) & 3 months fees afer which I would have to pay for the new contract. Absolutely disgusting<br />I have asked them for an Exceptions Report for that period & also a monthly report that shows that the unit was active both they are unable to give me. </p>
