Be aware of small businesses

STASSEN ELECTRICAL - This is people that are not who they seem to be. The can talk the talk, but can't do what they promised. They sold us a solar system with a battery, we paid them for the battery and system, and they said they will come in 2 weeks to install system, when they came to install, it was a faulty battery. I called them 2 months later to hear if they can supply a new battery, and it's been 3 days no quote on a battery, Said the money that we paid for the battery, will be used for his fee, how can he do that he was supposed to install the system and then we would pay his fee and also the day when he was supposed to install the system he took trip switches and not gave it back to us, i also told him when i called him that since he was at the house that we have a back feed on our lights

That’s what you get for trying to support small businesses.
