Old Traffic fine I never recieved.

HI went to registration offices of the traffic department in Hennenman where I stay. I was then informed about an outstanding warrant on my name for a traffic fine of R 700,00 that was issued to me in 2014-09-17. I never was the in the town of Laingsburg at the time the fine was issued. I got proof because I keep daily's every day as my work required it on exel <br> <br> I went back on my daily's and found that on the date in question I was in Durban busy on a project!!?? The company I worked for at that stage was in Capetown (Strand). And one of the company vehicles that was issued to me was send from Capetown to Durban via Laingsburg where the traffic fine was issued.<br> <br> After numerous emails &amp
