From GP, Pretoria – ISIbalo House, I would like to report that my laptop keyboard keys (A, Z, and number 1) are not functioning properly. They require excessive force and repeated attempts before responding, which has made typing very difficult. In the midst of this challenge, I want to sincerely compliment Mr. Kingsley Msiza from the Hardware team. His proactive approach, patience, and exceptional customer service have truly stood out. Kingsley went beyond the call of duty to assist, ensuring that the issue was addressed with professionalism and care. We are grateful to have colleagues like Kingsley who embody the values of Statistics South Africa, flying high the flag of excellence and dedication. I extended my cotract on the 21 April for 5 days doing mop-up. Now I'm waiting for remuneration.I was told to go to Randburg to fill in my contract in again manually.On arrival the offices were closed,so I phoned the call centre to assist me.They referred me back to closed offices.I have bills to pay.Please assist me.

It is really difficult to find great service these days especially from a Government entity. Today I called Stats SA and spoke to a wonderful lady by the name of Bathabile Sindane, I hope I got her surname right. Bathabile was very polite, welcoming and efficient. She had answers for every question I had and she was also very informative. I would like to applaud her for her outstanding service. She is a gem!

Stats sa has hired joy catering company to cater for people at cosmo city multipurpose complex, and i am one of those people. We are being trained to conduct community survey. The catering company is bringing unedible foods and expired foods. People are having a running tummy because of it. When we report it to our trainers it's like they don't care of our wellbeing because they are not taking action against the catering company.
