Morning, This is Mary-Anne from Corona Complex, renting under the owner Michael (Unit 45). I have emailed Status Mark countless times about Unit 27, and yet nothing has been done. Are you afraid of them? Because at this point, that’s the only explanation for why absolutely zero action has been taken. Let me spell this out again: 1. The dog is still getting out. This week, I had to physically fight it off when it jumped on me trying to ***** my food. It was loose—again. My emails are proof that I have been warning you over and over. 2. The boy screams outside every morning between 6:00 and 6:30 AM, loud enough to wake me up. This is unacceptable. If this continues tomorrow, I will personally confront his mother or their helper because, clearly, no one else is doing anything about it. Since Status Mark refuses to enforce complex rules and allows Unit 27 to do whatever the hell they want, I will be taking action myself. • The SPCA is being called today. • If this noise issue continues, I will be reporting Status Mark to the Property Housing Association for neglect and **************. I am done with this nonsense. If you won’t handle this, I will. Mary-Anne Unit 45

Customer communication is very slow for a company that deals with requesting payments. I’m waiting for three days in a follow up email, I’ve called but the line is busy. No one has rep**** to email the general email request I’ve sent through the site and yet I’m expected to pay with a risk of anything penalties. Ever since they’ve taken over as body corporate the concerns have only increased.

I have asked questions and requested documentation. Because I dare question certain things, I have now been restricted on We-Connect-U. This is against the STSMA. Any owner has a right to ask questions and to ask for documentation. It is in our own interests to make sure everything is correct. I have been labelled as a trouble maker because I ask questions. Tamsen is extremely rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. She claims I am taking on the role of a trustee by asking questions and asking for answers. I am not entitled to these answers. For example, I asked if our gardener is registered with UIF and Workman's Compensation. This is in the interest of both the gardener and the complex. If he is not registered the body corporate could be fined. But no, I am not allowed to know. I cannot speak for the rest of the company, But my experience with Status mark has been very distressing. We have put our property on the market because we cannot handle this disregard for the rights of owners and the STSMA.

Since my last complaint, no feedback has been received from Status Mark. No one has bothered to come to our complex to investigate what the issue might be regarding the increase in electricity, especially around December and January when I was not at home for 2 weeks. This is the reality of the service we get from Status Mark. If a company does not take helicopter complaints seriously, chances are my complaints are just being ignored. I hope my post helps other complexes who want to partner up with Status Mark. Just know that the needs of the owners will not be taken seriously.
