Steelwood Creations AKA this side up furniture AKA Callon-Rae Gaynor

Callon-Rae Gaynor from Steelwood creations has somehow had my previous review removed. I paid her a deposit late one afternoon, and then had a medical emergency for my daughter. Early the next morning I tried calling and sent her multiple messages saying that we could no longer take the item and needed a refund. She ignored my calls and messages and then later that day said that she had already bought everything and couldn't refund me.

When I told her that she could sell the materials or the compactum to someone else, she then conceded and said she would refund me. Of which I am still waiting. I have received every excuse in the book. I then subsequently went on to Facebook and helloPeter (which I should have done first) and sore countless negative reviews and people remarking that they had the same poor experience. To date I have received excuse after excuse as to why I have not been refunded. This seems to be a trend of theirs. STAY AWAY!
