Steiner Schwartz Jewellers agreed to sell me a old Heur watch fir R25,000. They purposely removed original watch strap classic watch strap devaluing the watch by 90%. Luckily I'm an educated buyer. Last week I enquired about a 1 carrot engagement ring , I
I agreed to buy a antique Heur watch from Steiner for R25,000 after a service. when I went in to collect he had removed the strap which added R70& to its value to collectors for a generic leather strap & assumed I would take the bait. do not trust this company with anything of value. last week I requested the GIA certificate for a 1 carrot diamond ring and the assistant asked me what is. a GIA certificate.?
