Outstanding Team!
I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my Subaru Forester through Warren at Suzuki Stellenbosch. From the beginning, he went above and beyond to make the deal work in my favor. He fought to get a higher trade-in value for my Swift, negotiated a better selling price on the Subaru, and secured a very competitive interest rate for me. Throughout the process, he was transparent, professional, and incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate his effort and dedication. If you are looking for someone who genuinely works for the client and not just the sale, I can highly recommend Warren. Thank you again — I am absolutely thrilled with my new Forester!!

Outstanding Team!

What a pleasant experience to deal with Stellenbosch Suzuki
My daughter (she currently lives in Australia) little Jimny was overdue for it’s yearly service. On her recommendation she asked me to take her Jimny for it’s yearly service to the Stellenbosch Suzuki Service Centre. She did not want to hear about any other dealership doing the yearly service. So dad (me writing the review) followed her instructions. I thought, OK let do this via the electronic media communicating with their Service Team. Being a senior citizen one tries to make everything easy. Think some of us can relate to making life easy…hehehee…. All went through seamless. What stood out for me is the professional way the team conduct themselves. From the minute I send email, enquiring about parts (mud flaps and tyre cover) to the treatment received from the two ladies and service manager, the sales team also stood out for me. This well lubricated teams focused on their work and addressing the customers needs. Stellenbosch Suzuki team, they are not just at work like so many other dealerships employees to draw an ‘pay cheque’ and don’t bother about the rest like customer focused and quality of work and not bothered abut a clean working environment. All my life I have been lucky to own a German manufactured cars and always thought the dealers in the Wester Cape servicing the German cars set the bar high for any other car brand in South Africa. This team in Stellenbosch lifted the bar and in my opinion they are real ‘’people’s’ and would highly recommend if you own a Suzuki to take your car to them for a service. All I can say is for the Stellenbosch Suzuki team is keep on doing what you do and give those other dealerships a go! O ja, the coffee is very good in the Customer Waiting Zone.

Bought a new 5-door Jimny from Suzuki Stellenbosch. Was overwhelmed by their excellent service. Professional. Knowledgeable. Their willingness to engage and answer all my questions. Their patience. Their good follow up. Their staff are always available and their quick, easy communication really helps. Doing business with Suzuki Stellenbosch was a real pleasure. And my car is perfect!

Suzuki Stellenbosch Sucks!!
Went to buy my son a swift, the whole process was nothing less than a sub-standard service precipitated by racial profiling. From the reception process, to the reluctance to acknowledge the poor repair done on the car, to threats (YES, THREATS) and unrealistics deadlines, to refusing to release that car even after Standard Bank had given them the release note, to wanting me to sign for delivery on a car i did not in fact receive, just so they could be PAID by the Bank whilst holding on to the car!! Comment from a senior Standard Bank manager "In 30years of doing asset financing, i have never seen anything like this..." So YES simple racial profiling, very bizzare behaviour. If you are a person of colour, STAY AWAY! Suzuki SA this is totally disappointing that this type of orgnaisation could represent your brand! Sickening! To top it off, the only black person in their office, was the lady cleaning the floors... its no wonder they have NO professionalism!
