False information on Website Product Description

I can only speak to what I experienced. I ordered a hotend listed as CR10 compatible. It's not. You cannot use it as the nozzle fits above the leveler. Despite this false information from the product description, they do not want to refund me because of their 7-day return policy. There was no consideration given for the mistake they made, and for this I cannot recommend using them.
