Please steer clear of online shopping on step ahead shoes website

Please do not buy from step ahead shoes online store. Problem with my order after I paid with credit card. Keep sending emails without any response and nobody seems to help when I phone either. I do lots of online shopping and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
