If you need you pool problems to be sorted. Don't go any further than Steri Pools. The owner is a specialist in all aspects of pools. I had Bertus "owner" out at my place more than ones. This morning fixed my Pool Pump at my house,nothing is to much or to difficult. Thank you Bertus.

Swimming pool repair
Bertus from Steri Pools replaced pipes (I still not know if it works) we cannot open our leaf catcher basket, as it is cemented. The lsurface id holder is loose, not cemented. They wanted to pave our pavers back onto soil with chunks of cement. No riversand! Swimming pool has so much soil dumped into it. We called him back to discuss, but he is so rude, I just excused him out of my yard.

Poor workmanship
Hed the company coming to fix a leak on my pool. They charged me for 2 of the 3 times they came out to fix the leak. And had to come back to fix a bad workmanship around the wheer and fix a motor pipe they instaled 3 years ago as i refused to pay them until the work is right this time. The owner got arogand and told me he will not do any more work for me as i dont trust him then he doesnt trust me. I have a reason. It took him 3 years to fix a mistake they made 3 years ago. And the aparent first leak he told me they fixed wasnt even the leak. I had to have all the pool pipes replaced to fix the leak. And so had to pay for some thing that wasnt even wrong. I will never use them again. And will recomend people think twice before using them. There are companys out there that do have beter service.
