Stihl Vacuum Cleaner is bad quality & worthless!
Spent R3k on a vacuum cleaner. Used it for a couple of hours a week for about 18 months and the thing packed up. Absolute waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend it. Worst still is they don’t stand behind their product or the quality. Was just told to pay almost the full price of a new one to repair it so I can basically throw it away. It’s a total *******. Stay away from this product line!

Stihl Vacuum Cleaner is bad quality & worthless!

Stihl blaming me and ignoring me.
I bought a brand-new machine, only for it to fail after a few hours, I was told it was basically my fault, after laying out extensive evidence, I was told that yes, I am right, and they will cover the cost, and from there on out, my emails have been ignored. So much for a grantee. This whole ordeal has been stretched over 5 months now. Highly disappointed.

I bought a brand-new machine, only for it to fail after a few hours, I was told it was basically my fault, after laying out extensive evidence, I was told that yes, I am right, and they will cover the cost, and from there on out, my emails have been ignored. STIHL PRODUCTS FROM URI'S A BIG NO!
If only I could give zero stars!!!! Bought a Stihl blower vacuum SH 56 early April 2021 from URI'S. Used it for the intended purposes. Home use. <1000sqm. Not even 3 months later, the machine stops working. Stihl SA refuses to honour the warrantee as they claim the machine was not used for the intended purpose. This is a false claim. Despite numerous communication via email and Social Media to Stilh SA, they are yet to respond to my complaint. Stay away from STIHL products. They are over priced and you are sold an item that cannot be used for the purpose they advertise it for. Customer service from Uri's shockingly bad. I WILL NEVER buy from them ever again.

Stihl not worth their money
We bought a vacuum cleaner from Stihl for R2000. I would say and expect to be a good vacuum cleaner. 14 mths later, just after it warranty ended, it started making a strange noise. We took it back to the local dealer and they said they couldn't fix it neither could they replace it. We then contact the Stihl head office. They said they would come back to me. They never did. So much for spending money on a so called good brand, the after service was shocking. And we had to buy a new vacuum cleaner....needless to say it wasn't Stihl. I won't buy Stihl if I can help it.

bush cutter FS460 rubbish
