Stiles Recruitment are not as professional as they claim to be

I engaged Stiles and paid for a package that included a CV, a Cover Letter, an updated LinkedIn Profile and a Job Portal registration which supposedly will take 2days to complete, it took them more than a month to produce an 8 pages long CV that looked nothing like they promised... I expressed my dissatisfaction with the outcomes and requested a refund and they promised to redo the CV, it has now been two weeks and I still don't have my promised Professional CV, these guys are nowhere close to being professional
