Constant noise and no respect for neighbours

Despite a number of attempts, including direct instruction from the local ward councillor, the management at Stodels Constantia (Doordrift Rd) continue to create a space of constant unbearable noise and disrespect toward the neighbourhood, 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm (including every public holiday!). They have located their recycling bins next to residences (in spite of ample space elsewhere), the workers sing and chant every morning (including Sundays) and they have also placed their refuse section right next to our yard (and that of 3 other houses) which is a health hazard. Something needs to be done.
