Body Corporate not cooperative

I have purchased my apartment last year. Agreement between myself and estate agent was i proceed with sale on condition the leak in the main bedroom is fixed, that was last year 2020 and to date nothing has been fixed. Been in contact with both the agent and the body corporate and nothing has been done. Mess has gone from bad to worse where the water is running and no longer leaking. Wall is extredamaged. Roof is black with mold. Whenever it rains we have a dam in the main bedroom and no one is able to use a room like that
