Dear Sir/Mam, My Name is Bradwyn Singh and i have rented unit 503 since September 2022 and i have been given a lock by the site manager to lock my unit ,On the 1st february 2023 i came at the front desk and requested my stuff the manager then calls a gentle man and sends me to my unit when i get to the unit and wait for the security to come open my unit i then see there is now 2 locks on my unit i then ask him why and he attempts and opens the first lock and then says that the second lock is not they lock then a white gentle man comes and requests the guy to cut the lock once he cut the lock i find that all my appliances have been ****** I then go to the bottom desk and come back up with the staff telling me that i need to open a case of theft so i called the police and they came in a quantum and opened a case and report while the police where on the way white gentlemen who is incharge of the units tells me the owner is only coming middle march and he suspects the security guard who has keys then we both come down and the indian guy at reception says he is responsible and then they fight with each other infront of me and the white manager then threatens this indian guy then after the police had left the secuirty comes and says no this has been happening and its also possible that my stuff was auctioned by mistake because he opens these units and then i went back to reception i was emtional and upset they say no i must wait there is no one that can assist me My life has been lost all my belongings from appliance,Clothing and furniture has been gone as distraught as i was i just coudnt take it and decided to be patient everytime i call they just come with a new story and a new lie to stall me ,i have posted my issue on facebook after failing to get help everyone says no cant help not they department and someone will call me they take my number but never call I am suffering i sleep on the floor because i have no bed and no stove i bought a 2 plate stove to just make a meal ,You guys had full access to my stuff which i trusted you guys being a big reputable company ,I cannot bare this trauma anymore i have been promised by debbie to get a call monday and i want the owner to resolve my matter and we can move on from this ,I have an active case number with saps as well,how can this happen to your client and none of you want to help imagine what my family is going through my 10 year old daughter asks me daddy where is our Tv what am i suppose to tell her,This matter is urgent and i have been patient every day waking up and hoping the owner will call and resolve this matter no family deserves to go through what i am going through i was at the verge of over dosing becausing i cant stand my family suffering because of storage city and the scurity at the gate says this happens all the time and you guys do nothing about it Hope to hear from you soon Regards, Bradwyn Singh Contact number 0681051974

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I called in for a quote (Mnt Edgecombe branch), a man named Chris attempted to assist me - but could not seem to send me an email with the lease agreement (on either of my mail accounts), he told me that they don't have an issue with any other customer and that I am the only one there is an issue with. I suggested he sent me the companies email address to which I would send a test email and he could reply with the lease attached, he gave me the wrong email address for their office over whatsapp, after calling to confirm the address he had given me, Chris said he mispelled the address and instead of sending the correct email address over whatsapp - he opted to spell it out for me, enunciating each letter condescendingly. This email address was still wrong. I called back to clarify, he arrogantly told me that the mistake was mine and insinuated that I didn't listen properly - he then cut the call on me while I suggested that I would go into the store to sign. Suggest finding staff with more patience, a shorter fuse and somebody who is more technologically savvy whom knows the company email address. As a customer, I really do not appreciate being on the receiving end of such arrogance and rudeness by your staff.
