I bought a Spark Lite for my son on the 13th of November 2017 from one of the retailers in George, on the 1st of January 2018 the car started to give problems, we took the car to CP Nel because the car was still under manufacturers warranty.
CP Nel took the car and they looked for the problem,but they requested us to ask from the dealer the invoice of the last service of the car. my son called the dealer last week on Friday for the record of the last service of the car up until yesterday we have been waiting for this record. I called Morne to ask how far did he go with the information because the child does not have a transport to go to work,
He said his waiting for people from Graafreinet to send the record for him, I asked who takes a week to fax or email a car service invoice or record he told me he does not want to talk to me I am not his client.
The car is on my sons name but I am paying for the car so I don't know what makes him cross when I ask for the record of the car,and he dropped the phone on my ear.
I called him again I told him what he did was very rude, He said to me he is driving I asked why did he talk to me first and all of sudden when I ask about the car now he is driving he told me he will be in the office in the 30 Minutes time,
when I tried to call him again he ignored my calls up to this hour he never called me back of gave any feed back about the service record of the car. I need help I don't know whether can I put his number here so that you can call him and ask what is his problem.
