We have only been purchasing Bra’s from storm in a G-Cup an only been using the house brand, but I’m tired now of the same problem Re-occurring. All our Bra’s they have on there system’s has a factory fault which is against the consumer act. The pins come through the stitching and because we can’t afford to walk without a bra going to work! We cannot take it in for them to fix! When you do take it in they still charge you, which is theft! Charging people for a lack in manufacturing quality !!! I want to know how they are going to fix this because we either have to hand stitch these bra’s every single time or my sister ends up pulling her pins out. I got told by a seemstress that the cotton being used will not hold the pins with the fabric they are using! I am very unhappy that we have to waste so much money R700 per bra for me and over R1000 per bra for my sister! Having to fix a problem you have created, me by hand stitching or she pulls her pins out! Why do you charge for quality standards that you can’t meet? You freaking charge an arm and a leg for utter ****! The fabrics you started using will not hold with the cotton you are using, how are you going to make our lives better? We have been supporting you for yrs for the health of our breast’s yet the pins keep stabbing us in our breasts! If need be to make a case against your company I will, you just let me know! I really don’t know how you are going to make our lives easier?! You have made it extremely difficult!

Shopping for comfortable, pretty lingerie has never been so pleasant! The staff at Storm In A G-Cup are professional and the range of styles and colours to choose from whether it be underwear or swimwear is fantastic. No matter the body shape, there is something flattering to choose from!

Storm in A-G Cup - My daughter purchased a Elomi bra to the value of R1000 2 weeks ago.The consultant advised us it would be best to alter the bra to get a more comfortable fit.In the first few days of wearing the bra the cup didn't fit comfortably and my daughter started noticing the bra's cup size didn't fit all of her bust comfortably and the bra's wire was bulging inbetween her breast.I then called the store to notify the consultant but was advised that she can't make futher adjustments to the bra because at the time of purchasing the bra it did fit my daughter's bust size ..This bra is definitely a defect and has to be exchanged but they outright refuse to assist my daughter in this matter. In the first place why did the consultant advised us to purchase this bra when she knew they didn't have my daughter's perfect bra size.We went to the store last week to refit the bra again as requested and the store manager saw for herself that the bra was bulging and wasn't fitting comfortably but she still refused to assist us even though we were unhappy. I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer protection act.

Purchased bras to the value of R2400. The one bra was defective and had to be exchanged and the other was cutting my skin below my ribs. Thy outright refuse to assist with helping me figure out how to manage the bra cutting skin. I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer protection act.

I am getting married in May and have alot to get done in very little time. I don't have the guidance and I therefore act on word of mouth to finding the best things that I will need for my big day... Hence, I took time out of my already crazy schedule to be fitted and to purchase my wedding underwear at STORM IN A G CUP - CLAREMONT.

I arrived on Saturday morning. The frizzy haired cashier told me all the fitters were currently busy and that there will be a 20 minute wait.. I said to her that I needed to get bands for my retinue at elegance which is conveniently opposite the store, she smiled and gestured that this was okay after I stated that I could do that to **** the 20minute waiting time in the interim.

15-20mins later, I returned and the manager was now standing in the cashier's position. The cashier (big frizzy hair) being 2 metres away from her (still being able to hear mine and the managers conversation). I say to the manager I was there 20mins ago and asked who is available to help me... she tells me that I am to wait 20-30mins to see a fitter... the SAME **** I WAS TOLD 20MINS PRIOR TO THAT! I EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED... She is oblivious and hasnt an ounce of courtesy in her body... She shows me a list of names of women who need to be seen to BEFORE me.. I am told to come back later that day or on another day, regardless of the time i already set aside and WASTED... The initial cashier did not advise me of a list or that if i were to leave the store that I would lose my place... she politely ENCOURAGED ME TO DO SO... AND EVEN AFTER ALL THIS EXPLAINING... EVEN THE MANAGER!!! STILL HAD NO DECENCY OR COURTESY OR BRAIN!!!! TO PUT ME ON THE WAITING LIST, NO1 ASKED MY NAME... NO1 WAS ACCOMODATIVE!!! NO1 GAVE A ****!!! And for the rest of my life I will speak of what happened because I am frankly sick of the poor service places in our country is allowed to deliver.. how laid back some people are... and how absolutely DISGUSTING IT IS. And to top it all off, the cashier standing 2metres away being able to HEAR US... acts as ignorant as a sod can be... and she completely doesnt acknowledge me or what had happened when I first entered the store. HORRIBLE!

I even said I would look around and take what I think my size is... emphasising the LITTLE TIME I HAD and in return I was told that I CANNOT DO THAT BECAUSE THAT IS NOT HOW THE STORE WORKS... MY GOD!!! UTTER DISTASTE GATHERS IN MY MOUTH AT THE MEMORY. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ****TY STORE.

I will rather be fitted at a woolies or Edgars than EVER SUPPORT this store.
