Bad customer service and bad advice

I went in to the Somerset West Branch last year a few times first time i found the bras that i was happy with, but had to wait a few days as the were expensive. When I went back they had no idea who the girl was that assisted me or who i was.

Tried on bras again because they didn't know which ones i had tried on.

I was not happy with what they had given me. I was told they have to mold to my breasts.

I gave it a few days amd went back. They said that i should have gotten with out underwire. I told them that that is not an option. And they kept on telling me that its my fault.

I told them in the beginning of this year when i went back thay i am going overseas and need bras that will hold my breast firm and in place.

There answer was well if you are going over go buy better bras there.

I am truly disgusted with this attitude.
