To strandfoam 20 Nicholls street chamdor ,tel 011 769 1411,complaint one of the driver Mr JM Ndou ,company vehicle accident,i need to be assisted its bèen 3month with no luck I tryed calling him he told that he doesn't have the money to pay me ,the accident involving company car and mine happened on the 24march 2023 the driver was I the wrong lane,i spoke to Alwo Burger I give him all the details photo of car accident they told they will contact nothing even sms,email, whatsp nothing ,i tryed calling o11 769 1411 no luck even Mr Ndou no longer answring my calls even I am not working I can't afford to fix the car and I lost bussiness due to this accident I even told him I am Going to take legal actions he not taking me serious as if i was wrong was patien I don't because I am woman they don't take me serious I need the car to be fixed I lost money I cannot transport people anymore can I kindly be assisted before things go south .

This Message is for Pieter Lourens from Strandfoam. I have never been treated so unfairly by this man! I'm in utter disgust by him and hope he will learn one day that you do not treat people like dogs. My mother fell while i was at work....she has arthritis and he (Him and his puppet Ernest Pachonik) plainly refused to let me help her out. I cannot believe there are people like this in the world!!! Disgusting. I had to leave my poor mom laying on the floor without any medical help because this tyrant decided work and humiliating me was more important than a person in pain! But as they say....do onto others as you wish to be done to you. He publicly humiliated me in front of all the staff. I thought I'd return the favour.....

This Message is for Pieter Lourens from Strandfoam. I have never been treated so unfairly by this man! Last year October I was involved in a car accident my vehicle was crushed by truck standfoam registration no CEY 16833.I was emailed a ref no Paladin Ref 159905: that was from the company just after the accident,however they were delays with the vehicle repairs due to parts not being available in SA the vehicle was completed this year January.I collected the car end of February with up front payment of excess fee of 29k.on the 10 March my insurance King price submitted claims to them of which I believe it via they insurance Paladin they requested for 30 days from the 10 March which went pass.on inquiry with king price regarding progress as I am expecting my excess from the third part. They respond was that they waiting for documents from their client m failing to understand as to why there is still documentation outstanding after such a long time from the accident period It is brutally unfair they driver damaged my car due to his reckless driving, n I ended up with car that is not in it original condition n now this company is playing hide n sick behind documents and procedures to be followed I fail to understand if this is done because m black young female I refuse to be put through such financial set back This company n they insurance must pay atleast I deserve my excess back which was also a loan as I needed the car back it urgent they cannot be the reason

what a nightmare! I bought a bed from the Bedstore in Dec 2012. I spent what I thought was a lot of money on a kingsize Cloud Nine Shatu bed. Its sagging so badly now I have chronic back ache. Basically the base is collapsing. It only has four legs instead of 6 and the slats are too wide to give adequate support. Hence the mattress sagging. It is out of guarantee, which is 2 years and the warrantee it seems is not worth the paper its printed on. They have offered to let me " upgrade" and buy a new bed. Why would I buy a bed from a company that sells ****py beds. They also sell Rest Assured and Strand mattress. I wouldn't trust any of their products. Poor bed, poor service

I purchased a matrass from Stellenbosch furniture which has now closed.Initially I used my old base which was not suitable for the matrass and then I bought a new cloud nine one.At first I did not pay much attention to it but then after a while it bothered me because I noticed the base is smaller than the matrass.I logged a call and one of the reps came out to have a look.I phoned back to ask him what is happening,I heard he has moved to another place.I was very upset and then after a while I thought no man I paid a lot of money for this and so I phoned back to log a call again.The lady Uzaan takes forever to get back to me and I constantly phone to hear what is happening. She sent me an email saying they had problems with reps on this side but wil look into it and ask somebody to contact me asap.The rep Francios then phoned me and came to look at the set while my mother was present at my house since I was working but according to him there is nothing wrong however to me it is visible that the matrass is bigger and the previous rep confirmed it at that time when he came!Now they just say they cant do anything and they need proof of payment which I unfortunately don't have anymore!
