Excellent serviced and delivery.
I have dealt with Strand Hardware several times over the past few years. Their service delivery is top class, efficient and fast. Getting telephonic advice is brilliant, with assistants always ready to help with advice about tools or to suggest an alternative. The staff are friendly and willing to give of their time to help you.

Getting telephonic advice is brilliant, with assistants always ready to help with advice about tools or to suggest an alternative. Outstanding and WORLD CLASS customer service.
I purchased two tools online and concluded the transaction yesterday (Tuesday 4 January 2022). I received both items today (Wednesday 5 January 2022). This type of service is totally unheard of in South Africa. Usually when ordering online, you wait a few days, if not weeks for your delivery. I dealt with Jason and he was absolutely wonderful, truly professional and an extremely pleasant person to deal with. Not only did their customer service exceeded my wildest expectations, they only sell quality products and their pricing is also stunning. I had to phone them to confirm whether the prices listed on their website was true. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Strand Hardware team, and they have just gotten them another "life long" customer. In future, I won't even bother looking at other suppliers, I'll just process my order on the Strand Hardware website (which is also easy and straight forward). Thanks Strand Hardware for your outstanding customer service, it's an absolute pleasure dealing with you.

Fantastic service
Unbelievable service!!! I ordered some goods yesterday at 12:43 and received all of it today at around 08:15. This is about within 20 hours. Many thanks for this excellent service. I certainly can recommend Strand Hardware.

I always intended to somehow praise the service i received at Strand Hardware because complimenting them on Facebook wasn't enough. I received timely and professional communication from a Mr Pasu Pillay who also recommended alternative products and worked hard to get my order sorted even though he was working under strain with fewer staff during the pandemic. It's service like this that keeps customers coming back. Thanks guys.
