Arogat Counter assist at Strand Municipality
26 Nov 2025 Got very sarcastic and bad service at Counter 2. I handed a form in to give details of vehilce sold THIS WHAS DINE 3 TIMES BEFORE AND TURNED AWAY. 3 Times the guy at till counter 2 Play with me saying the form must be bullet form and say again it must be in story form. He refuse to assist me kindly and professionally and just stood making a FOOL OF ME LAUFHING AT ME, Enjiying the Frustration he caused. Super bad servive and does not even use a title when communicating

Excellent service at Strand Municipality
On Tuesday 1 July 2025, I went to Strand Municipality offices to renew my car licence. I entered the building at 12:45, was called to the counter no 2 at 12:47 and had my car licence in my hand at 12:52. 7 minutes and I was done. and had a Friendly assistant at the counter. Absolute exvellent service with a amile. Thank you Strand Municipality Personnel. WELL DONE.
