Thank you for lying online. First of all, the body corporate has my current contact info, so no need to search for it Secondly, you did a “credit application” search, not a contact information search. Lastly, your office told me you do the search with the express purpose of finding prospective buyers for property, something which is against the law. I will be making an official complaint

We are sorry that you feel this way. We did a consumer profile by credit provider/agent search. As a registered credit provider, we are obligated to act in accordance with the National Credit Act and welcome and accept any referral of your complaint through the official channels. We reiterate that we acted as an agent on behalf of the Body Corporate in accordance with the agreement between Stratafin and the Body Corporate. We reserve the right to deal with each and every averment made by you at the appropriate time and in the appropriate forum and any failure to do so at this stage, should not be construed as an admission of same.
