Can someone please recommend another scratch and dent cover
Saying that im disappointed is an understatement. I have claimed for a dent and scratch about 2 weeks ago, after sending pictures via WhatsApp and email (3 times) I called and asked for the status of my claim. I was told that the technicians need more pictures (i even sent a video) at this point im beyond frustrated. I received a call this morning saying they will only fix the scratch and not the dent. *** 😡😡😡😡😡

Highly disappointed
I am highly disappointed in your service , it’s becoming worse . How can I wait this long to receive a call about my repair? I was approved on the 10th of Feb and it’s now the 20th and no one has bothered to advise me what is happening.

Horrible service received
I am a new client with my first claim just horrible service received, yesterday they send someone to repair car and nothing happened,he just told me stories and when ask questions why he can't repair my car. He said I will be called and notified, till now no communication received.

Useless Service
What a useless service. Got this thing in 2023 and they have been to deduct the premiums but very useless with providing the service. No updates on claims and when you call them you get placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Regret taking up this plan

Useless Service

Exceeded My Expectations!!!!!!!!
What a delightful experience exceptional service. Truly was blown away by the team who came to my residence to do some work on our vehicle. Geelbooi & Confidence were absolutely amazing and so professional. You truly have set the bar very HIGH for your competition. Incredible skill and expertise and especially the feedback in our initial request was so impressive. Would highly recommend this company for the world class service.
