Rotten meat

I bought rotten meat on Saturday the 21st of January 07h30 in the morning. Been trying to get my refund or exchange but they keep saying they'll inform the manager till this day I'm fuming with anger being do not have another money to buy. Been communicating with them via whatsapp with no luck of the manager
