I complain I got the law suit threat at Style Diva Boutique.

On the 22 June 2019 I bought hairpiece to do singles (braids) at their shop in Westgate. I did my hair the following day 23/06/2019 but the hair came out horrific the hairpiece looked so fake. The following day I privately sent them a messanger on Facebook complaining about the hair piece and I was refered to the supplier who did eventually helped but while I was waiting for a week for supplier to come to me I went back to Style Diva sending them a picture of the hairpiece and I was told if I don't like it i should remove it and I will be given the cost only to remove and ask what about the cost I paid to do the hair? I was later sent a very long message that I was going to be sued for defamation of character should I say another word about them selling fake hair of which I have never said they are selling fake i told them the hair looks fake. I told them that I know my rights they can't sue me for that because I use their platform to complain and sent the message only to them out of frustration said the hair looks fake how are their going to sue me because they did not loose any reputation because of my statement or loose money or clientd for that matter only them me and the supplier knew I said the hair looks fake. I'm writing this review feeling so bullied and victimised by this company because I ever wanted was for them to respect me as the client instead I have been threatened to with the law suit for defamation and told that I must show them my qualification of laboratory analysis and prove that the hair is fake by the MD of the company Shaun Williams.
